The mall is conceived as a dynamic urban space that respects the region’s natural beauty and colonial heritage while introducing a modern shopping and leisure experience. The architectural form is compact and responsive, shaped by the contours of the site and the climatic conditions of the Himalayas. The façade blends stone cladding with glass and steel elements, creating a dialogue between tradition and modernity.
Internally, The Rink Mall is organized around a central atrium that acts as a social heart— flooded with natural light and animated by vertical circulation and visual connectivity across levels. Retail zones, food courts, and entertainment areas are arranged to encourage movement and interaction, while terraces and open decks offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills.
