Anil Kumar Sharma is the visionary founder of A Sharma Associates. A graduate of IIT Roorkee (1982), Anil began his career with Bhardwaj Bhardwaj & Associates, followed by roles at Kabil and Associates in New Delhi and Schooly Caldwell Associates in Columbus, Ohio, US. In 1989, he established A Sharma Associates, launching with the award-winning project – Holiday Inn Pune.
Over the years, Anil has led numerous prestigious hotel, commercial, and mixed-use developments across South Asia and Kazakhstan, many of which are LEED and IGBC certified. His work is recognized for its contextual sensitivity, technical innovation, and environmental responsibility. His work has been featured in prestigious architectural journals like A+D and Archi-Design.
Alongside his practice, Anil is deeply involved in architectural education. He serves as Adjunct Faculty at IIT Roorkee and has taught at SPA Delhi, SPA Bhopal, and IGDTUW, New Delhi. He is also a frequent jury member for national design awards and institutional competitions.
A passionate mentor and thought leader, he also founded the annual Hi-Aim Conference, bringing together hospitality leaders, architects, and designers to foster innovation in the built environment.
Aviral Sharma is a seasoned architect and urban designer with over a decade of experience shaping built environments across India and the United States. A graduate of Amity School of Architecture and Arizona State University, Aviral brings a unique blend of global perspective and local insight to his work.
His professional journey began at A Sharma Associates, where he laid the foundation of his architectural career. After earning his Master’s in Urban Design from ASU, he spent several years with Nelsen Partners in the U.S., contributing to large-scale commercial, residential, and urban projects across Arizona, Texas, and Utah. His work there was marked by a commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and human-centric urbanism.
In 2024, Aviral returned to New Delhi to rejoin A Sharma Associates, bringing with him a wealth of international experience and a renewed vision for the firm. At the heart of his work is a passion for resilient, sustainable cities and socially engaging architecture. He leads projects with a focus on design innovation, project management, and technology integration, helping the firm evolve in a rapidly changing urban landscape.

Meha Sharma brings over a decade of international experience in sustainable architecture and high-performance building design to A Sharma Associates. With a Master’s in Built Environment from Arizona State University and a strong foundation in architecture and project management, Meha leads the firm’s sustainability initiatives, ensuring that environmental responsibility is embedded in every project.
Her expertise spans integrated design strategies, project management, net-zero designs and carbon accounting. Prior to joining A Sharma Associates in 2024, Meha held senior roles at DLR Group in the U.S., where she led high-performance design efforts and mentored teams on achieving ambitious sustainability goals.
At A Sharma Associates, Meha plays a pivotal role in setting design standards, bridging architecture and engineering disciplines, and enhancing the firm’s market presence. She is a registered architect in India and holds multiple industry certifications including LEED BD+C, WELL AP, RESET AP, and LFA.

Daksh’s favourite part of the job is achieving financial accuracy, and if he could choose a superpower, it would be the ability to instantly solve complex challenges on the spot. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to music. His go-to comfort food? Kadhai paneer and yellow dal. His dedication and financial precision have made him an indispensable part of the ASA team.
Disciplined and multitasking, Pooja plays a vital role in keeping the studio running smoothly. As an Administrative Assistant, she brings a strong sense of organization and a passion for managing day-to-day operations with efficiency and care. Pooja takes pride in continuous learning—mastering Microsoft tools and even exploring AutoCAD to better support the ASA team. Her favourite part of the job? Being the go-to person for office rules and processes, and helping colleagues navigate the administrative side of ASA’s studio life.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and painting, and her favourite comfort foods are noodles and pizza. Pooja’s natural ability to guide others and her love for working in a disciplined, time-bound environment make her a perfect fit for the administrative role.
