Responding to the constraints of a compact urban site, the architecture adopts a vertically stratified spatial approach—maximizing functionality across limited ground area. The 80-key hotel integrates expansive banqueting venues and dynamic public spaces, all orchestrated to ensure seamless circulation and operational efficiency.
The building’s façade is a study in restraint and resonance: clean, modern lines are softened by subtle references to Rajasthani architectural language, creating a nuanced interplay between heritage and innovation. Internally, the design emphasizes openness and light, with the lobby and dining areas conceived as fluid, welcoming environments that encourage interaction and repose. Materiality plays a central role in anchoring the project to its locale.
